JOB DESCRIPTION
Do you want to work on institutional and industrial projects in our region?
We are looking for an experienced electrical foreman to supervise our electrical jobsites and lead a team of electricians. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and quality of electrical work, while ensuring deadlines and safety standards are met.
*Opportunity to work up to 20 hours of overtime per week (double time).
Your role
Reporting to the Superintendent, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and quality of electrical work, while ensuring deadlines and safety standards are met.
Your tasks will include the following:
- Plan, organize, and supervise electrical work on jobsites;
- Manage teams of electricians and ensure efficient task distribution;
- Read and interpret plans, diagrams, and technical specifications;
- Ensure compliance with current electrical standards (Canadian Electrical Code / Building Code);
- Control the quality of installations and ensure compliance testing;
- Manage the procurement of necessary materials and tools;
- Ensure worker safety and compliance with OHS rules;
- Communicate effectively with other trades, clients, and project managers.

You hold:
- A Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in electricity;
- Solid experience in industrial electricity.
